Actually Indonesia has been already a targeted country to outsource their business process, butt for only garment or textile industry cause lower package of benefit. Mean while.. Indonesia IT Professional is going to other country since the get an attractive more.
So.. We need a government involvement to make our best people stay in this country loyally.
